The Sungale Kula, part TV, part PMP

I’m not certain whether the Kula TV is really a television or a Portable Media Player.

Well, it has the flip-up antenna, but this is more for the Wi-Fi and not a TV antenna. It does 2GB worth of storage and a 4.3 screen, and I would imagine that it supports all kinds of formats.

Of course, the Sungale Kula won’t be out until March, for a price of $199.99.

Mouse Computer Japan presents new laptops: T910B and T901S

Mouse Computer Japan has recently announced their latest notebooks named T910B and T901S which belong to the MB-T910 series. There is only one difference between the two computers, which is the processor: while the T910B model has an Intel Core i5-520M, the T910S boasts an Intel Core i7-620 processor.

The other features on the fresh MCJ line includes 4G of memory RAM, a HDD SATA hard-drive with 500GB of space, and a Nvidia GeForce GT335M with 1GB of VRAM.

The screen size is set at 15.6-inch for both laptops, and it’s running the Windows Home Premium 64bit as the OS.

Samsung Corby Beat M3710

Beat M3710 is the codename of yet another cellphone from Samsung that goes directly into the Corby series. It can be considered a medium-level device but check the features and decide for yourself:

- a 2.8-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels;
- a few dedicated music keys;
- bluetooth 2.1 and USB 2.0;
- 50MB of internal memory but you can use external memory of 8GB;
- audio and video playback as well as FM radio;

The Samsung Beat M3710 will become available to the public in February 2010, in black or blue colors, for $300.

Firefox Mobile coming to Android as early as February

Considering the popularity of Android on mobile phones, is it any wonder why Mozilla wants to put Firefox on it?

This is assume that they want to. Details are sketchy, but someone at the Mozilla Community website put out the word that Firefox Mobile for Android will be available, as soon as February. Of course, this leads me to wonder why people would want Firefox OS on a Google phone. Shouldn’t Chrome be good enough?

Google Nexus One dock for $45

Considering that iPod and iPhone docks are everywhere, someone really needs to make a Nexus One dock. Well, this is it right here, an official Nexus One dock.

I don’t know if this is the first of its kind, but when the Nexus One is plugged in, you’ll have access to the weather, alarms, slideshows, and music. The dock also has an RCA-out audio cable so you can play music through speakers. You should be able to get this for about $45.

Belkin’s somewhat official iPad sleeves work on netbooks, too

In the previous post i discussed Pogo Sketch and Stylus, which were probably never designed for the iPad, have suddenly become “iPad accessories”. Now Belkin’s netbook sleeves have practically become official iPad accessories.

I can’t help but wonder if Belkin actually got themselves an iPad for this photo, or did some sort of trick photography. Somehow, I think it is the latter.

Anyway, here is the sleeves from Belkin, the Vue, Max, and Grip which are all priced at $39.99. I believe that Belkin will sell a screen overly for $19.99, but it will probably be a while before more official iPad products come out.

Pogo Sketch and Pogo Stylus: a pen for the Ipad, and more

I’m finding it very difficult to write about anything that isn’t iPad related, because the tech blogs are over-saturated with Steve Jobs’ new toy. So, is it any wonder that Ten One Design recently announced the Pogo Sketch and Pogo Stylus, which is fully compatible with the iPad.

So, you should be able have some fun drawing or selecting new apps with these pens. Each of these products are only $14.95, with the Pogo Sketch in silver and pink, but the Stylus in silver, pink, gunmetal gray, and black.

LD220G, a companion monitor from Samsung

For those of you who want a little more space on your laptop or desktop PC display might want to try for the Samsung LD220G.

Actually, the LD220G has a lot of space, as it is a 16:9 22-inch monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution. It connects to the computer via USB and costs about $230.

WAPI iPhones Coming to China

Chinese-based iPhones are practically the same with the authentic Apple iPhone only that they don’t have WiFi capability. However Foxconn may change all that soon when they release their new WAPI phones (WAPI is Chinese for WiFI) which they have codenamed N88.

Curiously, there is also a phone that has a codename of N90. While it is not confirmed, there is a possibility that this could be the much awaited iPhone 4G. Just like China Unicom which sold over 200,000 iPhones without WiFi, the demand for the WAPI-enabled iPhones are expected to soar if not surpass those figures.

iPhone 4G Pics?

The next generation iPhone 4G has been in the news lately but thus far, nothing has been definite. In fact, no one has even come close to visualizing this next gen Apple device until some folks over at Nowhere Else took these rumors and put them in image form.

As you know, the iPhone 4G has been “rumored” to have an OLED display, a 5 megapixel camera, a front facing camera, a dual core processor and will be touch-sensitive. Also, a removable battery seems to be out of the picture since Apple is inclined to stick to its built-in batteries. Rumor or not, see the image (above) for yourself and be the judge!

HTC Snap Cell Phone Review–Great Controls!

Finally it's time to get back to my work,Currently i am in the beautiful city of Pakistan,Islamabad.Today i thought of starting my day with a review of the latest cellphone known as HTC Snap.

Now i know after looking at the picture you'd probably say that it looks like a Blackberry,The fact is that it actually offers a much better control scheme than Blackberry.But that wasn’t all it offered.

The HTC Snap comes with a Qualcomm MSM 7225 processor with Windows Mobile 6.1.  It has a hundred and ninety two megs of onboard memory, and a 2.4 inch LCD display.  It comes with a trackball and a full QWERTY keyboard, bluetooth connectivity, Wi-fi, a two megapixel camera, support for a variety of different audio and video formats, and a battery that offers a maximum of five hours of talk time on a single charge.

The HTC Snap’s trackball, much unlike the Blackberry’s, wasn’t overly sensitive and managed to easily select from item to item without spontaneously shooting from one side of the display to the other.  So when you couple together solid controls with a variety of features, you get a really impressive phone.

The Good

Great controls

A nice variety of features

The Bad

A little short on games

Score 9/10
